Configurar Wamp

Wamp Server: error 403 forbidden you don't have permission to access / on this server 

Abrir httpd.conf y modificar:

 Allow from all

Para acceso al phpmyadmin:
Cambiar el contenido de c:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf por lo siguiente:

    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride all
        Order Deny,Allow
        Allow from all
